Whoa, i didn't think i'd make it. *_*" I wanna sleep now. I started this in class and cross hatched it, then when i got home i decided to take my cross hatch skills further and start to overlay it with prismacolor marker and a little bit of acrylic paint for highlights.
I was motivated by my favorite fantasy movie, Legend. Which is close to Willow actually as my first favorite. XD The scenery in Legend is what inspired me to take my fantasy world a little further with the details and the overcrowding of "little things" like plants and fairies and such. I hope you enjoy! All your favorites are here, more or less. Jack, Lili (which is oddly my cat's name D: ), Gump, Oona, the unicorn, Blix and of course Darkness!!! 8D
Micron, prismacolor marker french grey, acrylics, regular sketchbook paper.
There's another movie you just can't get tired of! I have never been as enchanted with a movie quite as much as I was with this one. Although I love Willow too, I even saw it in the theaters when I was 6 years old (all of my grade school friends thought the movie was scary but I thought it was fun and magical).
But Legend captured my heart even more, it was too beautiful for words. I remember a few years ago I went to the video store looking for something interesting to rent, it was a snowy day but it wasn't cold. In fact, it was sunny but snowing at the same time... the sun sparkled on the snow like silver glitter, it was amazing. When I got to the video store I started talking to the girl at the counter about the weather and she said "Today is a Legend moment." That just made all the magic flood back, I'll always remember those words.
Oh my goodness!! That looks positively . . . amazing!!!
Your shading looks so dang good. The whole picture looks professional, yo! With the arrangement, the subtle details, and the shading. It's just sooooo good. x__x

I loved Legend. I just watched it all the way through for the first time in a while because one of my friends had never seen it. He also says he hasn't seen Willow, so I'm trying to get him to watch that- except he says he's afraid of little people >__>;
When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
